2.1 Making a Booking - All bookings are made through our website, email, or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once we’ve received the deposit and you’ve received written confirmation.
2.2 Deposit & Payment - A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date. We will request full payment 7 days before the event. Full payment is due on the day of the event. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to withhold services.
3.1 Cancellation by You - Cancelling more than 14 days before the event: deposit retained, no further charges. Cancelling within 14 days of the event: full fee is payable.
3.2 Rescheduling - We will do our best to accommodate date changes, but cannot guarantee availability.
3.3 Cancellation by Us - In the unlikely event that we need to cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as travel disruption or severe weather, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
4.1 Access & Parking - We require safe, legal parking close to the venue (minimum height clearance 3m, length 7m). Access to a standard mains socket may be required for supplementary equipment.
4.2 Supervision & Behaviour - A responsible adult must be present for the duration of the event. Aggressive or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate termination without refund.
Our equipment is PAT tested and regularly maintained.
Our team is DBS checked.
Children remain under the supervision and responsibility of a parent or guardian throughout the event.
VR headsets may be used as part of your booking. These are not recommended for children under the age of 12 due to health and safety guidance from manufacturers.
Participants must follow usage instructions. PlayLevel Gaming is not responsible for any injury or discomfort caused by improper use.
Photos or video may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. We will request consent in advance or on the day. No media will be published without your permission.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to our equipment by event participants. Costs for repairs or replacement may be charged.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to reasons outside our control including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, and severe transport disruption.
All games and content used during the party remain the property of their respective owners. No rights to the content are transferred by this agreement.
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.
All official communication will be by email to the address provided at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to keep this up to date.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the English courts.
